In a very rare case, when a guardian has a genuine reason to doubt about his ward’s result, he may wish to appeal for a recheck, as is done even in the Board Examinations. The procedure to be followed, is given below:
Apply to the Principal of the school in writing, stating clearly your reasons for a recheck, within a week after the result. The Principal may or may notsanction the recheck. After the recheck is approved, submit a bank draft for Rs. 200/- per paper, payable to the fee counter. The findings of the Recheck means – checking to see if all the questions are evaluated and if there are any mistake in totaling or in transferring the marks. It does not mean re-rvaluation.
Kindly note that rechecking will be done for any number of papers at the rate of Rs. 100/- per paper. Recheck means checking to see if all the questions are corrected and if there are any mistakes in totalling or in transferring the marks. It does not mean re-evaluation.
